About The Owners
Ryan and Kylee love this home and are going to miss it dearly – there have been many great memories here, including their wedding in the front yard. However, with a growing family (baby boy, their 4th child, due in January), it’s time for them to find a new home.
They have cared for this home well – from a freshly painted exterior and interior to updating the kitchen and adding details like the hot tub and shed, they hope that you’ll enjoy this place as much as they have.

Living Area/Dining Room
The large and open living room and dining area boasts giant windows on the front and back of the home with 3 giant sliding glass doors to the back deck.
With the radiant concrete floors and the fireplace, this area is a cozy spot to watch the snow fall outside.
Kitchen
The newly updated kitchen has all new kitchenaid appliances and the owners removed and modified cabinets to add full-width granite countertops and a new farmhouse-style sink.
Master Bed/Bath
